The teenage years are a significant time in a person’s life. Teenagers face various pressures and have to make decisions that can often affect the course of their lives. The Teenager’s program provides a context for teenagers to fellowship, learn, and relate with their peers, parents and leaders.

In close connection with parents (or guardians), the Teenagers program aims to support, equip and train teenagers in areas relevant to their Christian spiritual and cultural development. The teenagers are supported in their growth in Christian culture and relationships and encouraged to participate in the life of the church and to be confident in their Christian faith.

The program is designed for teenagers in Years 7 to 11, along with their families, and comprises Bible study classes, meetings, which involve training and participation in worship, word ministry and discussion, and organised activities. The activities promote an appreciation and understanding of godly culture in community in a variety of fellowship contexts.

In addition to the regular program, an annual Southern Teen’s camp is held in Wangaratta, where teenagers from across Victoria and South Australia gather together for a weekend of fun, fellowship and learning from the scriptures.
